All pets MUST be pre approved, and additional cleaning fee may apply for each dog, up to two dogs;

Bed Linens, Pillows, Blankets, Towels etc are NOT included, we may provide upon request with additional charge;

• Please provide copy of photo ID, Security deposit once reservation is confirmed 

• Please DRIVE SLOWLY under 40 km/hour through neighborhood. it’s kids and pets friendly neighborhood 

• Please DO NOT block the entrance of our neighbour (left & right side) when park the car

• Please KEEP NOISE to a MINIMUM, avoid disturbing neighbors, especially after 10pm, before 7am. If we get a complaint from the neighbors, you will either be charged $200 per incident or be asked to leave. 

• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

• All pets MUST be pre-approved, and additional fee may apply for each dog  

• Pick up after your pet

• Well behaved children are welcomed & must be supervised at all times. 

• The names of all guests occupying the room MUST be registered;

• Stairs, swimming pool and lake create a safety risk; 

• One Nest Doorbell outside of the main entrance, it’s on to monitor deliver packages; One monitor the backyard, for the safety of the guests and the property;

• For your safety, it's NOT RECOMMENDED to have over 4 ppl stand on the dock at the same time; 

• Maximum depth of the inground pool is about 6 FEETs;

• Feel free to use the barbecue outside . Please clean up after yourselves, that includes the BBQ grill, dishes, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee machine etc. Treat our home like yours;

• Leave the cottage as you found it;

• Please add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied. There are propane tanks provided which may or may not have gas from the previous guests.

• Our cottage is supplied by well water. If you book our cottage with a larger group, please be conscious of your usage. Take shorter showers help the environment

• Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited

• Please contact us right away if anything broken/damaged, we will fix/replace ASAP. cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit may be billed to guests and reported to Airbnb

• Please do not rearrange our furniture;

• all food and drinks are to remain in the kitchen/dining room except water

• Whole house has water filtration system, and the REVERSE OSMOSIS water filtration system in the kitchen under sink. it’s safe to drink (water boiled before drink is encouraged) 

• We thoroughly clean and sanitize the cottage after each guest departs.

• We have a (4-in-1) Foosball Table and other games in the cottage for our guest's entertainment. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay.

• Only the Outdoor Firepit may be used. Please bring your own Firewood.

• Two set of Marine Safety Kits and 4 life jackets are outside right beside patio conversation set; please notice that safety kit and life jacket are mandatory when using watercraft. 

• there is wildlife in backyards and lake, Parental supervision is advised. Please DO NOT let your kid go after wildlife if saw a one 

• Please contact us right away if anything broken/damaged, we will fix/replace ASAP. cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit will be billed to guests

• Guests are responsible for disposing of their own garbage. Here are couple garbage disposal sites nearby, please call them to check/confirm the schedule before you go:
